The product

Focus miniCRM is a module of Focus Contact Center. It is a central database that provides quick access to information about customers. It allows you to create personalized offers and increases the speed of service.

When you know customer preferences based on the history of all the customer’s contacts, planning dedicated sales campaigns is simpler. Focus miniCRM gathers information about each customer from every campaign, both outbound (sales, debt collection) and inbound (service).
