We have been in the ICT market since 2008. The dynamics of growth of our company has been acknowledged in a prestigious ranking of Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe 2011 and 2012. The work done so far in the expertise of technology for business, as well as the experience from implementations conducted for over 2,000 clients, allowed us to develop an advanced IT environment, which focuses tools for efficient enhancement of key processes in an organization.
For a few years we have been developing our own platform Focus Contact Center, which had been created especially for business clients - aiming to improve the effectiveness and increase financial results. The platform provides services for managing customer relationships through multichannel communication, effective sales operations and complex customer service with database about the customers and their behaviors. In 2014 Focus Contact Center was awarded as “The Best Product for Business 2014” in the Telecommunication category, in the report by “Gazeta Finansowa” (Financial Newspaper).
