However, in the case of planning to present documents during the meeting, participants should be able to use computers with web browser (IE 9+, Firefox 3+, Chrome, Safari 5+).
Types of teleconferences
In the case of choosing ON-LINE and STANDARD teleconference options, every customer will get ability to self order 24/7 (without need to contact operator) by an easy-to-operate accessible via website administrative panel. A ‘Telemeeting Adhoc’ enables to arrange a teleconference anytime where the need arises. It does not require to pre-specify the starting hour, the duration or the number of participants.
OUTLOOK PLUGIN
OUTLOOK PLUGIN is very useful when using Telemeeting Adhoc. It allows to organize a teleconference directly in Outlook. It is an easy to use service, which can be easily integrated with your e-mail account. Thanks to Outlook Plugin you are able to organize virtual meetings the same way as traditional ``face to face`` meetings - choose a date, reserve a room, invite people.
